Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Harkishan Ji Celebrated at Shri Harkishan Public Higher Secondary School, Korba

Shri Harkishan Public Higher Secondary School celebrated the Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Harkishan Ji, the eighth Sikh Guru, with devotion and enthusiasm on 19th July 2025. Shri Guru Harkishan Ji is remembered for his compassion, humility, and service to humanity.The event was graced by the School Management Committee, including the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Gurdwara representatives, and the Principal. The program began with the Ardas, conducted by the Gyaniji. Students offered floral tributes to the portrait of Shri Guru Harkishan Ji.There was a soulful recitation of Shabad Kirtan by the students, followed by enlightening speeches that highlighted the life and teachings of the youngest Sikh Guru. The Principal shared how Shri Guru Harkishan Ji, even as a child, set a profound example of selfless service, inner strength, and spiritual wisdom.The program concluded with the distribution of Prasad and Langar at the Gurdwara Sahib. The celebration helped instill moral values among the younger generation and strengthened the spirit of community and shared heritage.
